You agree not to use Transcripta for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use Transcripta to harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
Intellectual Property Rights
Transcripta and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Codeblib or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You own your input transcript and formatted output. Codeblib does not claim ownership of content you provide.

Transcripta is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the tool's operation or the information and content produced. Codeblib disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Codeblib shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use Transcripta. This includes damages resulting from formatting errors, data loss, or any other issues arising from tool usage.
